Still dealing with custody drama, Halle Berry headed to family court in Los Angeles, CA today (June 28).
According to TMZ, the “Catwoman” actress is concerned about her 3-year-old daughter Nahla when she is in the care of her dad, Gabriel Aubry.
Ms Berry and her attorney submitted a lengthy document to the judge that goes into great detail about Aubry’s parenting skills, claiming there was once an incident overseas when Gabriel allegedly neglected Nahla, affecting her safety.
Halle wants the judge to find Gabriel (who was not in attendance) in violation of the custody order, but the judge set a hearing on the matter for a later date.
