Khloe Kardashian is always very open and candid about her body issues – and the scrutiny she seems to always be under for her weight (which is bananas)! She opened up to Us Weekly about shedding 10 pounds recently.
“I like working out and eating well,” she says, adding that her diet is “all about moderation.”One source told Us that Khloe was inspired to drop the weight after her mom criticized her for munching on cookies in an episode of Khloe & Lamar, but that didn’t come from Khloe directly, so we don’t know if that was really the case. Another “friend” shared: “She just wants to look her best.”
” I love being active outside,” she says, referring to her 35-minute cardio sessions, which include hiking with friends, boxing sessions and boot camp.
I just can’t imagine having to explain my weight fluctuations, etc. to the press. Crazy.
