Enjoying some quality mother/daughter time over a cool treat, Nicole Richie and 3-year-old Harlow were spotted outside an ice cream shop in West Hollywood, California yesterday (June 24).
The 29-year-old fashion designer and her too-cute tot looked absolutely adorable as they both donned floral dresses and walked hand-in-hand.
Meanwhile, earlier in the week, Nicole made headlines when she reunited with former BFF Paris Hilton at the I Heart Ronson for JC Penney bowling party.
Looking to be thrilled over her special catch-up time with her "Simple Life" pal, Paris took to her Twitter to gush, “@NicoleRichie, Bill, great seeing you tonight at #Iheartronson. You looked so beautiful! Love you. Love Sill :) xoxo”
